Common Questions
Which program should I start with?
- Start with one of four purposes: obedience and behavior modification, service-dog work, family protection, or single- and dual-purpose working-dog development. A phone conversation helps us narrow the goal before we discuss a delivery format.
Do I choose the program or the training format?
- The program first. Most programs run through more than one format, and which format fits depends on your dog and on how much daily practice you can realistically run. The evaluation settles that part.
What do the programs cost?
- We quote training after we understand the dog, the goal, the handler, the safety requirements, and the responsible delivery format. Call 520-839-5124 to start that conversation.
Will you tell me if a program is wrong for my dog?
- Yes, and early. A dog that is not a candidate for one program is very often an excellent candidate for another, and we would rather move you there than sell a plan that was never going to land.
