When you request an evaluation, enroll, leave feedback, or create an account, we may collect information you provide such as your name, email address, phone number, dog and training details, and messages.

Portal accounts may also contain scheduling, training progress, contracts, invoices, uploaded media, and other records needed to provide dog-training services.

We may receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and error logs. If you turn on mobile push alerts, we also store the device-specific push endpoint and delivery keys supplied by your browser.

If privacy-friendly analytics is enabled, it is configured without advertising cookies or form-field data.

When advertising measurement is enabled on a campaign landing page, Google or Meta may receive device or browser identifiers, the page and campaign that brought you to us, and whether a request was completed. We do not send them the name, email, phone number, dog details, or message entered in the form.

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and provide services, maintain client and dog records, manage accounts and billing, improve the website, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We may use non-personal campaign and conversion events to measure advertising performance and improve which ads we run.

We do not sell personal information or use inquiry details for third-party advertising.

We share information only as needed with service providers that help us host the application, store data and media, process payments, deliver communications, or protect the service. Those providers process information for those operational purposes.

When enabled, Google Ads and Meta Pixel process campaign, page-view, and conversion-event data under their own privacy terms to provide advertising measurement.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, or as part of a business transfer.

If you provide a phone number through the client portal, an inquiry form, or during onboarding, we may send you SMS text messages related to your account -- appointment confirmations and reminders, invoice and payment notices, staff sign-in links, and other service updates.

Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance. You can also reach us using the contact information below.

The general public marketing site does not require an advertising cookie. A paid-campaign landing page may load Google Ads or Meta Pixel, which may use cookies or similar identifiers for measurement. You can limit these through your browser, device, or provider ad settings. The client and staff portal uses essential session cookies to keep signed-in users authenticated and to protect account access.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and training records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. You may also ask us to stop non-essential communications.

You may block or clear advertising cookies using your browser settings or a tracking-protection tool. The assessment form still works when advertising tracking is blocked.

Mobile push alerts are optional and off by default. You can turn them off for a device from the portal's Updates page or through your device settings.
