RIOS Ambassadors is the RIOS referral program for people outside our client roster. Register once, claim a referral code, and earn the same stipends our clients do — no dog in training required.

Get paid on the same tiers
Pay-in-full rewards unlock after full payment. If the client uses a payment plan, the reward unlocks after they finish the package.

The bigger the package, the bigger the reward.
Ambassadors earn on the identical tier table our clients earn on. Tiers are based on the eligible package's published list price — add-ons, discounts, financing fees, and taxes do not change the reward.

- Rewards apply only to eligible lesson and Board & Train packages purchased with your code, and match the Client Demo Dog reward tiers exactly.
- The reward is based on the package’s published list price, before add-ons, discounts, or financing fees.
- Each referral code is unique and belongs to one ambassador. Codes are never shared between accounts.
- Pay-in-full rewards become ready after the package is paid in full. Payment-plan rewards become ready after the referred client completes the training package.
- RIOS Canine Institute has up to 48 hours after a reward becomes ready to send the stipend using your selected payout method.

Your code goes live the moment you finish. Everything below is stored on your ambassador record so we can attribute referrals to you and pay you correctly.
Questions ambassadors ask
Who can join RI Ambassadors?
Anyone who is not a current RIOS Canine Institute client. Trainers, groomers, vet techs, breeders, rescue volunteers, and everyday dog people all qualify. Current clients earn through Client Demo Dog Rewards in the client portal instead.
How much does it pay?
Exactly the same as the Client Demo Dog program: $200 to $300 on a Board & Train referral and $50 to $150 on a lesson package, based on the package's published list price.
Do I need to be a client or own a dog?
No. RI Ambassadors exists specifically for non-client referrals.
When does a reward become payable?
For pay-in-full purchases, after full payment. For payment plans, after the referred client completes the training package. RIOS Canine Institute then has up to 48 hours to send the stipend to your chosen payout method.
What payment details do you collect?
Only how to pay you: a payout method and the handle, email, or phone attached to it, plus a mailing address for tax reporting. We never ask for a card or bank account number, because money only ever moves toward you.

- Self-referrals, purchases by your own household, duplicate accounts, canceled sales, refunded sales, and misleading claims do not qualify.
- Whenever you recommend RIOS Canine Institute you must clearly disclose that you may receive a referral reward, as the FTC endorsement guides require.
- You are an independent participant, not an employee, contractor, or agent of RIOS, and you may not represent yourself as one.
- Rewards are promotional payments, not wages. You are responsible for any taxes that apply, and a W-9 may be requested once earnings cross the annual reporting threshold.
- Your code works as soon as you register. RIOS may pause or remove any ambassador at its discretion, and rewards already marked ready are still honored.
- Program rules may change prospectively; rewards already marked ready or paid are honored under the terms in effect when they were earned.
